Privacy Policy

Introduction
Mileage Quest LLC. (“Mileage Quest”, “we”, “us” or “our”) owns and operates certain software as a service, mobile applications, website(s), and any other related sites or applications (collectively, the "Services”).  This Privacy Policy describes how Mileage Quest collects, uses, shares, and handles information about individuals including users of the Services (“Users”).  Users may be direct employees or independent contractors of Mileage Quest clients. We use the term "Personal Information" to refer to information that, by itself or in combination with other information, would permit someone to identify an individual. Personal Information does not include de-identified or aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit the identification of individual persons. For example, Users include mobile workers who use the Mileage Quest app to track mileage for themselves or their employers to manage travel times and expenses. All references in this policy to “our website(s)”, refer to the website(s) owned by Mileage Quest at www.mileagequest.app.

We value your privacy and want to be accountable, fair, and transparent with you in the way that we collect, store, and use Personal Information. By providing this Privacy Policy we aim to make it easy for our visitors, customers, and the public to understand why we do so, how we receive and/or obtain that information, and we also want you to know your rights in relation to your information. By accessing the Services, you agree that your Personal Information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Services, and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service (the “Terms”), including applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.  By visiting and using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy.  If you do not want your Personal Information to be collected, please do not submit it to us or use the Services. We handle Personal Information on behalf of ourselves and also for and on behalf of our visitors and customers. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect about companies or other entities that are our customers; however, it does apply to Personal Information about the people associated with our customers that we may obtain.

The Privacy Policy applies to all forms of Personal Information, physical and digital, whether collected or stored electronically or in hardcopy. If an individual provides Personal Information or other information about someone other than themselves, the individual warrants that they have that person's consent to provide such information for the purpose specified. Mileage Quest acts as a data processor on behalf of Mileage Quest  clients. Where we act as a data processor on behalf of a client, the client will be the data controller responsible for your data. Likewise, if you are a California resident, in many cases Mileage Quest  serves as the service provider for a Mileage Quest client for the purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act. Please ensure that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. As Mileage Quest evolves, we may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the manner in which we deal with Personal Information, whether to comply with then applicable regulations and self-regulatory standards or otherwise. We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices and Services.

By continuing to use our website or Services after we modify this Privacy Policy, you accept the new version of the Privacy Policy. Therefore, it is important that you read this policy regularly to ensure you are familiar with its most updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should not continue to use the Services and should instead contact us at: privacy@mileagequest.app
