Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. Cancel through the service that bills you.

Yes. How you cancel depends on where you subscribed.

  • Apple App Store: Manage the subscription through your Apple account’s Subscriptions settings.
  • Google Play: Manage the subscription through Subscriptions in Google Play.
  • Mileage Quest website: Sign in to the Mileage Quest Dashboard and open your subscription or billing settings.
  • Business account: Ask the account owner to contact Mileage Quest Support about the business subscription.

Check the cancellation confirmation from the store or Dashboard to verify that renewal has stopped. Removing the app from your phone does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

If you cannot tell where you subscribed, check your purchase receipt or contact Support at support@mileagequest.app or (877) 955-4667. Include the email associated with your account, but do not send payment card details or your password.
