Mileage Quest uses your phone’s location access to detect drives and can use calendar events to help connect destinations with trips. Review each trip before reporting. Start with the setup checklist.
Trials are offered through specific promotions, so a free trial is not always available. Check the offer shown when you sign up for eligibility, trial length, and the price after the trial. If no trial terms appear, do not assume one is included. For a business trial or promotion you expected, contact Support before purchasing.
Mileage Quest does not currently offer direct syncing with other mileage apps. You can create and share mileage reports, but a report is not a full account-data export. See Can I export my account data?
Vacation mode is a feature that pauses mileage tracking during your vacation or non-working days.
To enable Dark Mode, go to Settings > Appearance, then choose between Light Mode, Dark Mode, or Device Default, and apply your selection.
An event needs a physical address and a start and end time to appear as a trip destination. Check that its calendar is enabled on your phone and in Mileage Quest. See the calendar troubleshooting steps.
Check that tracking is active, background location access is allowed, and Work Period or Vacation Mode is not pausing tracking. Then open Trips and use Refresh Trips for the date of the drive. Follow the full troubleshooting guide.
The same event may exist in two synchronized calendars. Check the event in your phone’s calendar before deleting anything, then follow the duplicate-event steps.
