How do I add more business licenses?

Account owners can buy additional licenses in the Dashboard and assign them to users.

If you can no longer assign users, first check whether your business account has any unassigned licenses in the Mileage Quest Dashboard.

  1. Sign in as the account owner and open Licenses.
  2. Compare the number of assigned licenses with the number available. If a license is available, follow How to assign a business license.
  3. If none are available, use the Dashboard’s purchase option to add the number of licenses you need. Review the price and billing terms shown before completing the purchase.
  4. Return to Licenses and confirm the new licenses are available, then assign users.

If you do not see a way to add licenses or the purchase cannot be completed, contact Support or call (877) 955-4667. Include your organization name, whether you are the account owner or manager, the number of licenses needed, and a screenshot of the page or error. Do not send payment-card details through a support request.
