Why sending report emails may fail and how to quickly resolve for iOS Users
Why This Happens
Mileage Quest does not send emails independently. Instead, it relies on Apple’s built-in Mail app (iOS Mail) to initiate and deliver outbound messages.
If any of the following conditions exist, report delivery will fail:

The native Mail app is not installed on the device

No email account is configured within the Mail app
-
The configured email account is not authenticated or synced
In these scenarios, selecting Email Report will either do nothing or fail to open a send prompt.
