If your account is licensed through a business, they will have access to your documented business trips. However, if you use Mileage Quest for personal use, only you have access to your mileage information and can choose who to share it with, such as your tax preparer.
Yes, but be aware that if you revoke access to your location and calendar, Mileage Quest will no longer automatically generate reports and synchronize your calendar trips.
