Why is an event from my calendar not showing up in the app?

Check the calendar event and the recorded drive separately.

A calendar event helps Mileage Quest identify a scheduled destination, but the event alone does not mean a drive was recorded. Check the event and the trip separately.

  1. Open the event in your phone’s calendar. It needs a start and end time and a complete physical address in the Location field. A video meeting link by itself is not a destination.
  2. Confirm that this calendar is enabled on your phone and in Mileage Quest. See Why am I not seeing my calendar events?
  3. If the event appears in Mileage Quest but the drive does not, follow Why are my trips not being logged? Check background location access and try Refresh Trips for the date of the drive.

If the event and drive are still missing, contact Support with the event date, calendar service, phone model, and whether the event appears in your phone’s calendar. You may redact private meeting details.
